Dear sirs,
We inform you that starting from 01/08/2011 the company SPIROTECH S.N.C. (with registered office in Via Piave, 3 – 12100 Cuneo – ITALY and operational headquarters in Via Cuneo, 22 – 12012 Boves – CN – ITALY – VAT number IT03016470043) has ceased to exist as a result of a corporate incorporation. In fact, we hereby inform you that on 1 August 2011 the merger by incorporation between the two companies, MORINO S.r.l. and SPIROTECH S.n.c., took effect.

All the activities carried out by SPIROTECH S.n.c. (incorporated company) will be carried out by MORINO S.r.l. from 1 August 2011.
