CLEANING AND EMPTYING SILOS FOR CEMENT FLOUR/CEMENT STORAGE
We are able to provide our intervention with furnaces operating to obtain a noteworthy reduction in the level of cement once oven stopped.
The processing requires a 24-hour work shift. To reduce maintenance time our intervention first reduces the level of cement in the silo once furnaces stopped and successively cleans the bottom totally.
UNRECOVERABLE MATERIALS SILOS CLEANING AND REMOVAL
We carry out our intervention on silos containing materials that are no longer suitable to sale and thus not easily removable with your normal systems. The material is fluidized, removed in safe conditions and convoyed to extraction opening through big vacuum units.
CLEARING SILOS BLOCKAGES
Thanks to our equipment we are able to safely clear the blockages even from full silos so as it is possible to use your own fluidizing apparatus during our intervention.
CLEANING AND EMPTYING SILOS FOR CLINKER STORAGE
Silos for storage of clinker are usually cleaned with a mechanical cleaning system; we can reduce the level of material by the usage of our system in order to permit personnel / mechanical means safely entering the silo.
